About Us

From Herd Intelligence to
Milk Assurance.

Better Farmers. Better Milk. Better Trust.

Our Mission

To turn better farm performance into quality milk and more dependable dairy supply.

A farmer-first dairy company serving dairy farmers across Punjab. We measure what matters, explain what it means, help farmers take action, and return to verify results. We call that loop HIP, the Herd Intelligence Programme.

What we stand for

Farmer Dignity

Farmers are partners, not problems. We work alongside them with respect, transparency, and practical support. Every system we build is designed to strengthen the farmer's capability, confidence, and livelihood.

Scientific Rigour

Every recommendation begins with evidence. Our decisions are grounded in lab-verified data, field observations, and measurable outcomes. We don't guess—we measure.

Punjab First

Built in Punjab, for Punjab. We understand the region's dairy systems, farming realities, and local challenges. Our solutions are shaped by the needs of Punjab's farmers, not imported assumptions.

Action Over Advice

Advice alone does not improve a dairy farm. We help farmers translate insights into action, providing clear guidance, practical implementation support, and follow-through where it matters most.

Long-Term Commitment

Quality is not a campaign. It is a daily practice built over time. We focus on lasting improvements, enduring relationships, and systems that create value for years, not quarters.

Measurable Outcomes

Recommendations have value only when they produce results. We track progress, verify impact, and return to assess outcomes, ensuring that improvement is visible, measurable, and real.

Why we started

Built around a simple conviction.

We started Frontrunner Farms because we believed the dairy industry was overlooking its greatest opportunity for improvement: the farm itself.

While much of the ecosystem focuses on measuring outcomes, we chose to focus on helping farmers improve them. By combining scientific measurement, practical guidance, and consistent follow-through, we work to create better results before milk ever enters the supply chain.

That is why Frontrunner Farms exists.

Why Punjab?

Geography decides what work is possible.

We began in Punjab for a reason. Few places combine the same depth of dairy expertise, commercial scale, and culture of continuous improvement. Here, dairy is not a side activity—it is a business built on discipline, knowledge, and daily execution.

Punjab also offers the ecosystem required for quality to compound: strong veterinary and animal-science institutions, established dairy-development services, and a market that rewards better milk. The systems we build are designed to improve over years, not months. Punjab is where that work can take root and scale.

Why quality at source?

Quality begins before the milk moves.

Milk quality is created on the farm—through animal health, feeding, hygiene, and cooling practices. By the time milk reaches a processor, much of the outcome has already been decided.

Testing can identify a problem. Only action at the farm can prevent it. That is why we work upstream, where quality can still be improved.

How we improve quality at the source

How we improve quality at the source

Quality improves when farmers receive timely feedback, practical recommendations, and systems designed for action rather than inspection.

Rapid Feedback Cycles

Every farmer receives regular performance reviews and quality feedback, allowing issues to be identified and addressed before they become persistent problems.

Evidence Before Opinion

Decisions are guided by measured results, not assumptions. We use data to identify root causes and prioritise the actions that matter most.

Education

Results are shared to inform and improve. Farmers understand what the data means, why it matters, and what actions can produce better outcomes.

Practical Action Plans

Recommendations are specific, affordable, and designed for real farm conditions. Every action is chosen for its ability to deliver measurable improvement.
