How farm work becomes evidence.
Most of what makes milk good or bad happens at the farm, before the tanker moves. Our role is to make those upstream decisions visible — and to keep the record of them.
The loop runs in five steps: a sample pulled at the farm, a scorecard delivered back, an action taken, a return visit that checks the outcome, and a batch record that travels with the milk. Each step is recorded. Each record is checked.
When something flags

A milk-quality result exceeds the agreed threshold. The result reaches the field team the same day and is reviewed against the farm's recent history.
Response
A farm visit is scheduled. Milking routines, animal-health records, treatment logs, and segregation practices are reviewed with the farmer. An action plan is agreed upon and recorded.
Outcome
The next sample shows improvement. The issue is resolved, the action is documented, and the farm continues through the program with the learning retained.
